My work
I run coaching courses for teens to provide direction and goal-oriented motivation at key junctions in their lives, such as transition between schools, planning for university or a gap year. I also work with young people on an individual basis who perhaps don’t meet the threshold for regular attention from their head of year in school, but who could benefit from the impact that this form of 1:1 tutoring can deliver.
I run courses in mindfulness (MBCT) to promote wellbeing, reduce stress and enhance quality of daily life. These are accessible to most people - no prior experience needed.
As new chapters begin so we need to reconnect with our values, imagine our possibilities, and make them a reality: to live authentic, meaningful lives, and to flourish.
